Our famous breakfast is served during an exceptionally wide time frame, designed to fit the pace of each guest. The delicious offering is served to your taste by our in-house Chef, Miquel offering a range of local delicacies and all-time classics.

From freshly baked ensaimadas, Mahón cheeses, artisan carob muesli or Ca’n Company sobrasada, among other delighted, our chef prepares hot dishes on the spot to your liking.

Among our specialties are the famous eggs Benedict with cured, italian ham or smoked salmon and pancakes with Canadian maple syrup and fresh berries.

Our Mistral coffee is specialty coffee, roasted on the island.

SEASONAL PROPOSAL

The hotel’s kitchen is open to our guests throughout the day, offering a selection of seasonal dishes prepared on the spot with the finest artisanal and local products.

Our dishes can be enjoyed in the elegant dining room of the palace, more informally in the courtyard, on the rooftop with its stunning views, or in the privacy of your room.

PRIVATE CHEF

At Portella, everything is designed to suit the individual preferences of our guests. If you have a specific dish in mind or wish to enjoy a special product from the local market, simply let us know the day before. Our chef will personally select and prepare it for you.

WINE CONCIERGE

In addition to our onsite cellar, home to carefully curated selection of wines, we collaborate with the leading wine shops in Mallorca. If you let us know in advance, we can source any local or international wine of your choice for the same day.
